Make plans now to attending the Thirty-Fifth Annual Power from the Past Antique Engine & Tractor Show,
July 19,20,21, and 22, 2012
in Winamac, IN.

The Featured Tractor this year is the
Ford and Fordson Tractors

Ford produced its first tractor design in 1907 but the first commercial model did not enter production until 1917. Due to copyright complications Ford tractors were badged as Fordson until the mid-1950s. Ford acquired the New Holland company in 1986 and formed Ford New Holland, which was itself taken over by Fiat in 1991, with the Ford named finally disappearing in 2001.

Ford 8 N

The 801 Powermaster series tractor

The Fordson Model F was without doubt the most influential and commercially important design in tractor history, it's impact still dominates conventional tractor design. Three quarters of a million units of the Model F were sold from 1917 to 1928, more than any other tractor before or since.

This show is much more than a gathering of gas engine and tractor enthusiasts.
Although those are pretty amazing when all the engines are chugging at once!
With the passage of time, many of our younger generation
have never seen or experienced farm life in its heyday.
We're creating a learning experience from this event, where the future meets the past.

Everyone, young and old, should see the Power from the Past Show !
